HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a proof to approve before going ahead. Please check carefully then sign, date and return along with a 50% deposit. Once your order is ready, we will let you know and the remaining balance will be due before we post your stationery
 

are envelopes included?

Yes matching envelopes are included is the price.
 

Do the details for the Order of Service etc have to be provided when placing an order?

No they can be provided at a later date, six weeks before the wedding at the latest.
 

Can you print guests names in the invites and what format should they be supplied in?

Yes we can print your guests names in your invites and guests names and addresses on the envelopes. Please provide as you would like them to appear in either an excel spreadsheet or word document.
 

DO YOU OFFER AN EXPRESS SERVICE?

Depending on our work load, we can sometimes offer an express service which allows orders to be turned around in 7 working days. The express service is charged at £60.00.
 

What are your delivery times?

As all our stationery is handmade it can take up to six weeks to create. We will let you know the delivery time once you place an order but recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
